We request parents to abide by the school guidelines to ensure seamless functioning.
The school begins at 9:30 am for children. Parents are requested to drop their children at least 10 minutes before the start time, to help children settle down.
Parents should notify the teacher in case of leave.
Children’s belongings should be labelled.
Children should come dressed in school uniform from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, children can wear casual clothes.
Wearing of expensive jewelry is not permitted. School will not be responsible for loss of any.
Children should have an extra pair of comfortable dress, in case a change is necessitated.
Children should have a filling breakfast before coming to school. A happy tummy ensures enjoyable school time!
Children should bring nutritious and healthy vegetarian food for the snack break. We do not encourage chips, chocolates, noodles and the likes. Children in M3 should bring a simple vegetarian meal for lunch.
If a guardian is being sent to pick up, parents should notify the teacher ahead with details of name and phone number through a handwritten message or on whatsapp. The guardian will have to sign a slip in the office for confirmation.
Kindly refrain from sending toys to school. Similarly, if children bring home, things from school, kindly send the same back to school and help us in educating the child about the same.
A diary will be provided for each child in the foundation environment. Teachers’ comments, homework or remarks will be mentioned in the same. Parents are requested to check the same regularly/daily to help the child with completion of homework.
Books will be issued by school for all grades. All books will be maintained at school. Only those with homework will be sent home.
Children in the foundation environment must bring a pencil case containing sharpened pencil and eraser to school.
Major festivals will be celebrated one day ahead in the school to discuss the importance and will usually culminate in distribution of sweets. Please dress your child in comfortable ethnic clothes for these celebrations indicated in the academic calendar.
Parents are requested to refrain from teaching children ‘A,B,C’….. Language is introduced phonetically and children will learn the sounds followed by symbols. Learning ‘A,B,C’ will confuse and hamper the child’s learning at school.
Parents are also requested to limit screen time for their children and engage them in physical activity/ games.
Fee payment should be completed within the first week of the term month, as indicated in the calendar.
