The Enrolment process begins with a visit to the school, which is optional. Interested parents may visit the school during the weekdays, between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm. The tour helps the parents to understand the system at work and analyse for themselves if the environment suits them.

The next step is to fill the online application form. A brief interview follows this which helps the teacher and administration to understand the needs of the family and decide if Sai Sanathana will be a good fit for the child. 

Acceptance to the school is based on several factors such as child’s readiness, family’s support and understanding of the Montessori environment and general practices employed by the school.

On acceptance to the school, parents will receive a handbook detailing the policies and procedures of the school. Once the forms are completed and term fee payment is done, the enrolment is completed.

In order to ensure a stress-free, happy schooling experience, we offer 1 week transition time, with incremental school hours. During this period, new children can begin attending school for 1hr in the first week, 2hrs in the second week and so on. This transition helps children see and experience the loving atmosphere at school, which will in turn ease separation-anxiety.
