Ganesh Chaturthi 2024

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated in the school on 6th September 2024.

The celebrations began with children prayers and singing bhajans on Lord Ganesha. M3 Children dressed as Lord Ganesha's family, demonstrated the birth story of Lord Ganesh to all the students. 

This was followed by an elaborate programme comprising of energetic dance performances, vibrant song rendition,  one-act-play on Lord Ganesha's wisdom and a Show & Tell on the significance of Ganesha's several characteristic features.

Children enjoyed performing as well as watching the show thoroughly. The programme ended with offering home-made prasad to Lord Ganesha and distributing to children.

In the second session of the day, children watched several stories on Lord Ganesha and discussed lessons to learn and imbibe. 

Children also participated in art activity making Ganesha with different materials.
